Navigate to the Employee section from the main TrainingMatrix dashboard. Click the "Add Employee" button to begin the employee setup process.
Fill in all required employee information including personal details, contact information, and initial department assignment. Ensure all mandatory fields are completed before saving.
Use consistent naming conventions for employee IDs and ensure email addresses are accurate, as they will be used for training notifications and system communications.
Work centers define the areas and departments where employees are authorized to work. Proper assignment ensures appropriate training requirements are applied and compliance is maintained.
From the employee list, select the employee you want to assign to work centers. Click on their name or use the edit action to access their profile.
Select the appropriate work centers based on the employee's role and responsibilities. Multiple work centers can be assigned to a single employee.
